Consultant at KSFC, Bangalore, Consultant Trainer for Life insurance- field force for 15 years.

• Conducting Special Sessions in Kannada
• Conducting Sessions on holidays & work- places, interacting with trainees on phone
• Has a very high success rate nearing 100%,

• Presently Consultant- Trainer ,working continuously for 4 years in a Company, where itself trained more than 3000 candidates,has compiled  an exhaustive question bank of more than 500 questions,
• Has prepared guide-notes on all the chapters of IC 38 Life (both in English & Kannada)
